Data protection complaints

We take your data rights seriously. If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please follow the process below.

How to raise a complaint

Email us at support@visavault.co.uk with the following information:

  1. Your full name and email address registered with VisaVault
  2. A description of your concern and the data involved
  3. What outcome you would like (e.g. deletion, correction, access)
  4. Any reference numbers you have from previous contact with us

To exercise your right to erasure immediately, visit your account settings.

What happens next

  1. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
  2. We aim to provide a full response within 30 calendar days.
  3. Where a breach has occurred, we will describe the corrective action taken.
  4. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — see below.

Escalate to the ICO

If you are unhappy with our response, or if we fail to respond within 30 days, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority:
