Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2025

1. About the service

VisaVault is a trading name of AuditVault Limited (company number 16924533), registered in England and Wales. VisaVault provides a document preparation service to assist individuals applying for UK visas. The service generates a personalised document checklist, AI-drafted covering letter, and application summary pack based on information you provide.

VisaVault is not a law firm. Nothing in this service constitutes legal advice. You should always verify your specific requirements with UKVI or a qualified immigration solicitor.

2. Service fee

The one-time fee is £499 per case, payable by card via Stripe. The fee covers one application case including the checklist, covering letter, and summary pack.

Prices include VAT where applicable. A VAT receipt is emailed on payment.

3. Refund policy

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not yet generated your document checklist (“the deliverable”). Once the checklist has been generated, the service has been performed and no refund will be issued, in accordance with Regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To request a refund, contact support@visavault.co.uk.

4. Accuracy of information

The quality of your document pack depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. VisaVault accepts no liability for errors in your application arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted through the wizard.

AI-generated content should be reviewed carefully. You are responsible for verifying all figures, dates, and claims before submitting your visa application.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Use the service for any application other than your own
  • Resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from generated content without permission
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape the service

6. Intellectual property

Generated documents are licensed to you for personal use in your visa application. VisaVault retains ownership of all templates, prompts, and software.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaVault's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fee you paid for the relevant case. VisaVault is not liable for visa refusals, delays, or any consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. AI-generated content

VisaVault uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised document checklists and covering letters. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may not reflect very recent changes to UKVI immigration rules.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated checklists and letters are starting points, not definitive legal advice.
  • You are responsible for verifying all document requirements on GOV.UK before submitting your application to UKVI.
  • VisaVault is not liable for visa refusals resulting from changes to UKVI requirements that occurred after your checklist was generated.
  • You may report accuracy concerns to support@visavault.co.uk and we will investigate within 5 business days.
